Central PA’s Pool Leagues

Congratulations to Silent Assassins on winning the PACS 33 Invitational. They agreed to split the money with Angie’s Dogs and play one “mini match” to 3 between Gerard Madden and Ken McPherson for the title. Ken jumped out to a 2-1 lead, but Gerard was able to win the next 2 games to get the title! Good job everyone!

This is a good video to watch that explains a double hit. As a rule, if the cue ball reacts in a way that is not possible if the cue ball was placed 6 inches away from the object ball, it was a double hit. The exception is that if the balls are touching in which case it is legal to stroke right through the cue ball. Everyone should familiarize themselves with the physics of a double hit to avoid fouling.
