There are a handful of team captains who have made it their policy to always be late on payments and to only pay when I ask ( and in many cases, it is a week or two from the time that I ask). This is notice to those captains that they are putting their team at a disadvantage and their team(s) will likely not be attending any postseason matches if this is how they choose to pay.
