You may have noticed that one or more players moved up in skill level this week even though they may have lost Monday and/or Tuesday of this week. The skill levels are determined by overall performance of all matches which includes how players shoot in tournaments (such as the Invitational held this past weekend). In fact, how a player shoots in a tournament match is actually more heavily weighted than a regular session match since there is much more at stake. Furthermore, if a seasoned player has moved up in skill level, it means that they have been shooting ABOVE the skill level that they just moved to for some time…..with hard numbers that justify the upward movement. I just wanted to clarify that for any of you who might be wondering.
