Disclaimer: There will almost certainly be some players who shoot much better at this tournament than they normally do. Everyone has good days and bad days. It doesn’t necessarily mean they are sandbaggers….although its possible that they are. That is the risk in registering for this tournament. If you expect everyone else besides you to shoot at or below their handicap, this probably isn’t the tournament for you. PACS reserves the right to move someone up in handicap DURING the singles tournament if it feels there is sufficient evidence for the move.
