I have noticed some players who are playing waaaay below their long term average for some time. Hopefully they are not intentionally tanking matches in the hopes of being moved to a lower skill level and they are just in a slump. It is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that anyone will move more than one skill level lower than their long term average. For example, once someone attains a skill level of a “6”, it is unlikely they will ever see a “4” again unless they have experienced a sudden dramatic health setback or unless it is just a factor of age/diminishing eyesight, etc. I’m only mentioning this so that nobody is surprised why they’ve lost 25 or more of their last 30 matches and still have not moved down.
